What does this mean for you currently?
Spare parts and deliveries
There are already restrictions regarding the delivery of goods. As always Cavitus has spare parts in stock and can send spare parts as required but due to minimized air traffic and waiting times for customs clearance, there may be delays in customs clearance and transportation.
Further restrictions by governments and authorities can exacerbate the situation. We ask for your understanding. In this context, we would also like to point out that we cannot make any general statements about the delivery of goods.
Service and installation operations
Travel is particularly severely restricted and we cannot travel to site at this particular time for installations, trials and services. We are fortunate that our system is low maintenance and easy to diagnose faults and as always you can contact us over email and the phone for technical support.
